Birding Tours

Get off-the-beaten track in search of Vanuatu’s special bird species!  Our expert guides know where to find the endemic and near-endemic species that live in our forests, as well as a diverse range of migratory birds and seabirds.  These tours are suitable for ‘listers’, photographers or anyone interested in simply getting off-the-beaten track and enjoying a morning or afternoon enjoying our unique natural environment.

We can also organise birding tours on Santo and Tanna for the keen birdwatcher!

Itinerary

  • Morning or afternoon sessions available
  • Pick-up from your accommodation in Port Vila, 0530-0600, or 1400
  • Transfer to birdwatching site (most of our sites are private land or managed for conservation)
  • Your guide will choose a site best suited to your fitness level, target species and also environmental conditions
  • Transfer back to your accommodation

Tour Start & Finish

  • Departure between 0530-0600, or 1400 depending on accommodation pick up
  • Drop off around 0930-1000 or 1800

River Kayaking & Cascades
