Cancellation & Payment Policy

Full payment is required prior to tour departure, especially for multi-day tours.  Payment can be made by bank transfer (1000 VT bank fee applies) or at the Vanuatu Ecotours office in Port Vila by cash or credit or debit card (2% surcharge on international cards for bank fees).

DAY TOURS: Vanuatu Ecotours reserve the right to cancel the tour based on weather forecast or other factors. In this case, we will offer you an equivalent tour (duration, price) or will endeavour to rebook your original tour at another time.  If you decline the equivalent tour or are a no-show: 100% of tour cost will be charged.  If an equivalent tour is not offered and the original tour cannot be rebooked, 100% of tour cost will be refunded.

If you cancel your booking 24 hours or less ahead of departure time, 100% of tour cost will be charged.

All refunds payable are less any bank charges and a refund processing fee of up to 5000 VT per refund.
